Shipping policy

Shipments from our warehouse: Navarrete (La Rioja, Spain)
Destinations: Shipments available only within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). We will soon expand to other European countries.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
During special campaigns, launches, or periods of high demand, these times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs

Currently, shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase based on weight, volume, and delivery address.

Shipping of wine and delicate products

All orders containing wine or other fragile products are carefully packaged in materials designed to ensure their protection during transport.

Shipping notification

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email.
In the event of any incident during transport, our team will contact you to offer a solution as soon as possible.

Incidents and returns

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package by writing to info@pagosdeharo.com, indicating the order number and attaching a photograph of the affected product.
We will review the case and offer you a solution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).
